There are 8 REGIONAL COALITIONS in which all LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCIES are a part of in Louisiana.  Each region has funds allocated to them and they are charged with coordinating all training efforts related to SWPBS according to their region's needs.

	2009 Training Descriptions
	Adult Consent Form for Newsletter This consent must be signed by the adult(s) in the picture(s) submitted and printed in the state newsletter
	Attachments Embedded in Regional Coalition Action Plan These are the attachments that are referred to in the regional coalition action plan
	Executive Summary for Training An executive summary has to be completed each time documents are sent to the fiscal agent for reimbursement of training. This one is for universal training. Please modify this form if it was anything other than a universal training
	Executive Summary Template for Secondary Training Please use this template for secondary training. If you did secondary training in 1 day, please change the number in the training description in the template.
	Fall 2008 Needs Assessment Each parish completes and submits to the LAPBS Project
	Fall 2008 Team Update Each PBS school should complete and submit to the district contacts. The district contacts will then submit to the LAPBS Project
	Formal Commitment Letter Each parish completes and submits to the LAPBS Project. This letter must be signed by the superintendent or designee
	Invoice This is an example invoice for regions to use for reimbursement. Further details will be given at the regional coalition meetings.
	Invoice Checklist This is a brief reminder of what to send to the regional facilitator in order to get reimbursed
	Regional Action Plan Template This is the action plan template for each region to use
	Registration for Bi-Monthly Training from LAPBS Project Please complete this registration and submit to wallen@lsu.edu by the stated deadline
	SET Nomination Form District contacts can nominate schools to have the School-wide Evaluation Tool (SET) conducted for the Fall. This form should be mailed to mbotos1@lsu.edu by February 27, 2009. If a school is nominated, they will be asked to complete and submit the Benchmarks of Quality prior to the SET Evaluation. All SET Evaluations will be conducted prior to November 15, 2008
