R. Kenton Denny, Ph.D.
Dr. Denny has been leading the LAPBIS project since its inception in 1995. Ken is an associate professor at LSU in the Department of Educational Theory, Practice and Policy. He directs several other projects including the Louisiana State Improvement Grant and two Professional Development School Grants.

Kara has been instrumental in overseeing the training of 1000 schools in SWPBIS and has experience as a principal and classroom teacher in Texas. She also served as Co-Director of the Louisiana Positive Behavior Interventions & Support Project from 2005-2010.

Wendy was a classroom teacher in Livingston Parish for eight years where she implemented PBIS at the school level. She then became PBIS District Coordinator in East Baton Rouge Parish before becoming a Coordinator for the Louisiana Positive Behavior Interventions & Support Project from 2007-2010.
