There are 4 levels of Positive Behavior Support: 1. School-wide 2. Classroom 3. Targeted 4. Individual Student
1. School-wide/Universal/Green Level: Processes and procedures intended for all students and staff, in all settings across campus. This level of SWPBS is intended to impact approximately 80% of your students and staff
2. Classroom: Processes and procedures that reflect school-wide expectations for student behavior coupled with pre-planned strategies applied with classroom settings
3. Targeted Group/Secondary/Yellow Level: Processes and procedures designed to address behavioral issues of groups of students with similar behavior problems or behaviors that seem to occur for the same reason (attention seeking, escape) and/or across similar settings
4. Individual Student/Tertiary/Red Level: Processes and procedures that reflect school-wide expectations for student behavior coupled with team-based strategies to address problematic behaviors of individual students
